Burrito Joint

I really like this place. I ordered for the first time expecting a generic delivery-quality burrito tasting like Taco Bell, but the delivery showed up earlier than estimated, the taco shells were crispy and hand made, the salsa and vegetables tasted fresh. They offer plenty of vegetarian options, including substitutes for cheese & sour cream. Im usually pretty disappointed in delivery food orders but I have nothing bad to say about this place. Its good Tex-Mex food, and a good delivery experience.

I wish they had a lower delivery minimum, but this place is great. I ordered nachos, three types of tacos, and a quesadilla. The portions were decent, and each meal came with chips and salsa which I did not expect. Deliver arrived 30 MINUTES EARLY!

Due to the reviews I was expecting it to be as amazing. I just received my order and the food is absolutely amazing! I received everything I asked for and the driver was nice. Definitely will be ordering again!

Best burritos in North Bergen - loooove that the food tastes clean. Took me a while to find it, but it's now my go-to when I don't feel like cooking or having junk food delivered. Many healthy options.

Consistently great food and always delivered well before the time frame. They actually take the time to read and follow any instructions we ask of them - one of our favorite easy delivery places!

I was a bit concerned having read such abysmal reviews and seeing the consistent 1-2 star ratings from recent patrons...but I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I have actually ordered twice from Burrito Joint in the last week, each time with friends ordering a variety of things, and I was very impressed with the service and the quality of the meal. I personally had a salad with grilled chicken and it was delicious. The meat was tender and very warm (for delivery) and was a beautiful contrast to the fresh and cool vegetables. The food had obviously been plated and sent out very quickly, or else my salad would have been one temperature throughout. The guacamole was excellent. No bells and whistles, just solid guac. The second meal I had was the chicken fajita plate and, real talk, it was too much food. This isn't a complaint, more of a concession. It was very good and came with a whole lot of everything. I felt like a horrible person just leaving so much food on my plate...so I came back in a few hours and gave the finger to self-respect. So yeah...I realize that people have had vastly different experiences with this place, but from my limited exposure to the Burrito Joint - it has been nothing short of excellent.

Excellent food - the tofu burrito was superb and the salsa that comes with the chips is out of this world. Only thing is that the chicken in the chicken burrito would have been better with white meat instead of dark meat. For dessert the churros were THE BEST I've ever ever had in my life. Will order again. Please use better quality white meat chicken in the burritos! Will make a difference! Love your food though. Everything is delicious and the order was prompt!

Burrito Joint is definitely my favorite Mexican delivery place in the Hoboken/Jersey City area. The food is always delicious, and I love that there are healthy options. I'm a big fan of the fish tacos and the shrimp tacos, while my husband usually goes for the nachos and a burrito. We have never been disappointed by our order or the service. Five stars for Burrito Joint!

Best Mexican in Union City/JC Heights. Hands down. Friendly people, awesome atmosphere, and you won't find a better quesadilla or guacamole. The nice woman making the food is the best.

Just to be clear, these guys are the best. If you're trying someone else you're trying not the best. So that's silly. And you should be eating here.

They are delicious and consistent. We order from them at least three times a week because the shrimp burrito simply can't be beat. Filling, not too expensive and well worth it. A small order of chips come with the meal as well with some pretty good salsa. Honestly, this review is making me want to order some tonight!
